Cookie policy

Four cookies, all functional. Nothing to consent to, because nothing tracks you.

Last updated 27 August 2026 Legal review pending

The short version: we use the strict minimum, every cookie is functional, and there is nothing to consent to because there is nothing that tracks you. This page proves it.

01

What this covers

Cookies and similar storage set by thestakk.com and by the application. Agency client workspaces run under the agency’s own domain and legal pages; the cookies there are functionally identical, but the agency’s own policy governs them towards its clients.

02

The full inventory

Four cookies. That is the entire list.

Cookie Purpose Duration Type
Login session Keeps you signed in 2 days — or 14 days if you tick “Remember me” Essential
Display preferences Remembers your screen options between sessions 1 year Functional
Cookie check Set on the login page to confirm your browser accepts cookies; contains no personal data Deleted when the browser closes Essential
Aggregate measurement Counts page traffic so we know which pages are read; does not identify you and is not linked to any account duration to be supplied Exempt

to be supplied Exact technical names of the cookies, from engineering — this table must list them.

Nothing else

No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no social pixels, no fingerprinting. The website has no embedded third-party content that could set its own cookies.

03

Why there is no cookie banner

French guidance (CNIL) requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary or that track individuals. Every cookie above is one of three things:

  • Essential to the service you asked for — login, cookie check.
  • A functional preference you set yourself — display options.
  • Audience measurement configured within the CNIL exemption — aggregate only, no individual identification, no cross-site tracking, no data sharing.

Condition of publication

Analytics tool and its exemption-compliant configuration to be supplied and confirmed. If the tool chosen does not meet the exemption, a consent banner becomes mandatory before this page publishes.

04

How to control cookies anyway

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the login cookie means you cannot stay signed in; blocking the others degrades nothing important. Logging out removes the session cookie immediately.

05

Changes and contact

If we ever add a cookie that requires consent, a banner will appear before it is set, and this page will be updated first — with the previous version kept available.
