TheStakk for automation and AI agencies
Turn your workflows into products.
The product infrastructure behind secure, self-serve client apps.
Deploy apps from our catalog or port the workflows you already built. Your clients run them under your brand, in isolated workspaces, on subscriptions you own.
Your workflows stay yours. Private by default.

See it work
One workflow. Twenty clients. Zero duplication.
Watch a scenario go from your build environment to three branded client workspaces – isolated credentials, separate data, one execution layer, three monthly invoices.
02 / The ceiling
You’ve shipped it. You’ll be maintaining it forever.
You built software.
You invoiced hours.
The scenario runs. Your client still can’t use it without you.
Their API keys live in your password manager.
Ten clients means ten copies, ten sets of updates, ten things that can break.
One integration fails on a Tuesday. You fix it for free.
When the project ends, you own nothing you can sell again.
The shift
From scenarios to software.
Two ways in
You don’t have to build anything to start.
Deploy apps we’ve already built, bring your own, or run both. Same platform, same brand, same billing.
Most agencies start with the catalog and port their first workflow in month two. The catalog pays for the wait.
The catalog
Two apps live today. You decide what ships next.
We’re not going to pretend the catalog is full. It isn’t. What’s scoped is deep, what’s shipped is two – and founding agencies set the order.
Next up · founding agencies vote the order
50+ apps planned across 8 departments. The ones you sell get built first.

One console. Every client.
Provision a workspace, apply a brand, watch consumption, step in when someone’s stuck. Your whole client base in one view: no duplicated stacks, no shared logins, no guessing where the margin went. Managed clients need no email and no login at all.
Multi-client by design
Provision a client in minutes. Your brand, your domain, their data. One app, many tenants, one update.
Take the controls
A client is stuck and can’t explain where. Step into their workspace, finish the job, hand it back. No screen share, no shared password.
Consumption per client
Credits used per app, per workspace, per month. You know your margin before you send the invoice.
They use it without you
Guided inputs, plain results, no technical surface. The measure of a good interface is how rarely your phone rings.
A public agency page, hosted for you
Your services, your brand, your domain, ready to send to prospects.
Delivery
Two ways to run a client. Mix them freely.
Every client is different. The platform doesn’t force a delivery model – you choose one per client, and switch when their needs change.
Two delivery models. Two price points. Self-serve is your entry-level subscription; delegated is your premium retainer. Same platform cost for you – the difference is pure service margin. The advised pricing matrix ships in the founding kit.
Same platform, same workspace, same metering. A self-serve client who stalls becomes a delegated one in a day – and that switch is an upsell, not a churn.
Ownership
Your expertise is the asset. You keep it.
Most platforms ask you to distribute their catalog. TheStakk lets you productize yours.
Private is the default.
Every ported workflow stays private for 6–12 months minimum. What you do after that is your call. Publishing is a decision you make, and get paid for, never a condition of access.
Publish, and it earns while you sleep.
Every other agency that deploys it generates revenue for you – 70% of the margin on every run, above the platform’s metered cost floor, for as long as it’s listed. You built it once. It keeps paying.
You stay in control of who gets it.
Exclude the industries or territories where you compete. Your workflow reaches agencies serving markets you’ll never touch, and stays out of the hands of the ones bidding against you.
Publish · set your exclusions · get paid on every third-party deployment
Creator Mode ships Q4 2026: a skill authoring environment, not a converter: declared inputs, declared secrets, a shared connector library, sandboxed execution. Until then our team ports your workflows for you. Either way, every skill is reviewed before it reaches a client – that’s the reason your clients’ legal teams will sign.
Economics
What you buy. What you charge. What you keep.
No quote-only pricing. Here’s the math.
You invoice your client. We invoice you. The contract, the price and the relationship stay yours.
Governance
Sell to clients with a legal department.
Governance isn’t a feature you add later. It’s the reason serious clients sign.
5 controls · every workspace
Encrypted Vault
Client credentials encrypted at rest, never surfaced in logs or interfaces.
Tenant isolation
Strict separation of clients, data, inputs and results. Enforced at database level.
Role-based access
Control who can run apps, manage credentials and view results, per workspace.
Audit trail
Full execution history, per client, exportable.
GDPR & EU AI Act
European infrastructure, documented data processing, transparency obligations handled by default.
Questions
What agencies ask us.
Why wouldn’t I just build this myself?+
You could. The app is the easy part – you’d have it in a fortnight. What takes six months is everything around it: tenant isolation that holds up under audit, an encrypted credential vault, per-client metering and a billing layer you did not write.
How long before my first client is live? Do I need a developer?+
No developer. Pick an app from the catalog, apply your brand, provision the workspace, invite the client – a day’s work, most of it spent deciding what to charge. Porting your own workflow takes longer.
What happens when something breaks?+
It becomes our problem, not your Tuesday. Platform incidents are ours to fix, with a public status page and a named contact throughout the founding phase. Your client never contacts us, you keep the relationship.
Can I bring my own workflows?+
Yes. During the founding phase our team ports them into TheStakk apps. From Q4 2026, Creator Mode lets you author skills directly – declared inputs, declared secrets, reusable connectors.
Do I have to abandon n8n or Make?+
No. Keep building bespoke work where you already build it. TheStakk is for the workflows you want to sell more than once: the ones worth turning into a product with a client interface and multi-tenant deployment.
How does porting actually work?+
Your scenario isn’t hosted as-is. We rebuild its logic as a native TheStakk skill – declared inputs, declared secrets, connectors drawn from our library – so it can run multi-tenant and be metered per client.
Who owns a workflow I bring?+
You do. Publishing is opt-in, and it pays you, never the reverse. We never publish your logic without a signed decision from you.
What happens if I leave?+
Your clients are yours, your workflow logic is yours, and your data and execution history are exportable at any time. Remaining top-up credits stay usable until their expiry date. The only thing you leave behind is the infrastructure.
Will my clients see the full marketplace?+
No. Clients only see the apps and collections you approve for them. They never browse the catalog.
Can clients copy the internal logic?+
No. Clients interact with inputs and outputs. Logic, prompts and integrations are never exposed or exported.
Do we lose our brand?+
The opposite. Client workspaces carry your brand, your domain and your pricing. TheStakk is invisible to them.
Can we sell this to serious clients?+
That’s what the governance layer is for. Vault, tenant isolation, RBAC and audit trails exist so you don’t have to improvise compliance in a procurement review.
Is this just another template library?+
No. Templates give you something to build. TheStakk gives you something to sell: multi-tenant deployment, branded delivery, usage tracking and recurring billing.
Why we’re building this
I spend part of my working life training companies to use AI. It’s the same scene every time: a team with a real problem, an agency that built them something genuinely clever, and nobody able to use it.
The work wasn’t bad. The delivery had nowhere to live. No interface the client could handle alone, no way to charge for it monthly, nothing left over to sell to the next client. So the agency went back to invoicing hours.
TheStakk is the layer I kept wishing existed – so that what you build keeps working after you’ve left the room, and keeps paying after the project closes.
